Beautiful but so sad. Especially 6:20 - 8:00 it's heartbreaking. :-( Mark Snow has known how to play with our emotions. Overwhelming end of the fifth season.
I haven't see "The End" yet (I'm on season 4) but this song is EPIC. It's sad, I don't know why but it make me feel sad. But at the same time is so beautiful... Mark Snow's music is perfect! Thanks for share it.
God damn I love the part from 1:06 to 2:25..haven't watched the show since it aired, I can't wait to watch it again to find out what part of the episode it's from. There' just something so fitting about that really brooding sound that fully embraces the theme of the episode and the name. It really sounds like The End.
reminds some of the classic Tangerine Dream piece from UFO wavelength movie score, but no doubt Mark S one of the best n the composer biz, also good is the aussie communion movie with chris walken & eric clapton GTR wails !!
