You are sooooo personable in your videos! I just ordered 4 of your suggestions. Tired of buying really expensive perfumes that don’t last. Thanks for your suggestions!
You are so right about Yara. When I heard it described as strawberry milkshake, I immediately thought "not for me", as I don't like that scent profile at all. But when I smelled in in person... oh boy. I get a creamy and musky vanilla. I immediately got a bottle to use in spring and summer.
Gypsy rose was actually my very first Arabic perfume I purchased! The amount of % of oil in that perfume is fantastic. It seriously lasts for a whole week on clothes and more than 24h on my skin 🥰
Thank you, gonna order Qissa Pink and few other for spring. Its still very winter here in Finland, lots of snow so gonna use my winter ones little longer.
@@chandracox6814 if it was someone commenting, no big deal. But if I were a content creator, I would want my info to be accurate for potential customers looking to buy the fragrance. That's all... 🙃
@@chandracox6814 Sorry! 🙈 Maybe it comes from living in Germany for 20 years. (Germans are sticklers for accuracy). I just thought that for any potential customers who want to purchase the fragrance, they would want to know the name of the company.. That's all 🤷🏻♀️
Great video as always and excellent recommendations. Thank you, Olivia! 13:46 this is actually the best Ajayeb pronunciation I’ve heard on YT to date 😅 It’s aj-aah-yib in case you’re wondering!
I forgot it was Saturday and went in to RUclips I seen Olivia and I got so excited! I love anything she has to say about fragrances. She's inspired several of my purchases
I love Ard al Zaafaran Dirham Wardi for springtime. Beautiful pink bottle, sweet floral scent, makes me just feel pretty. And it performs in a wide range of temperatures. It is beautifully balanced between sweet and fresh, not too much of either.
Fragrance is subjective. Yara is strawberry milkshake on me. However someone else may get a different note to their nose. No one is wrong. Everyone is right in how they perceive a fragrance to smell.
"not everyone is going to want a fragrance that reaches through the camera and down into your tonsils, ya feel me?" Great line!! You're so funny 🤣😆😂 This is a great video, you are so good at being expressive, you present and speak so well!
Royal amber sounds A-maz-ing. Paris Corner Emir Warm Leather ✨️ is a Penhaligon Halfeti dupe on steroids if that scent profile is your vibe...i love it! ❤️
Olivia have you ever smelled Infini Rose from Maison Alhambra? Its a dupe for Atomic Rose from Initio. Its amazingggg and sillage and longevity is 10/10
I’ve had both sublime and honor and glory by lattafa in my closet macerating for a few months and both are beast mode fragrances. Sublime is like a fruit punch gummy bear it’s so sweet and fruity, not unisex imo. Honor and glory is powdery, a bit spicy,a little sweet and unisex for sure. I tested one spray on a sweater and it immediately filled up my room and lingered for a couple days and is actually still strong 3 days later when you smell the spot I sprayed .It’s a newer batch from October 23’ so I’m waiting to get that pineapple upside down cake everyone is getting.
Missing the time stamps but loving the reviews. Will you ever do an arabian gourmands? 🥺 Lol throwing into the universe a nutty perfumes video, too. I notice pistachio has been trendy but I don’t often hear about other nutty notes like hazelnut etc.
Thanks for setting it straight on Yara. I personally hate when people say Kilian's Angels' Share smells like apple pie. There is no apple note in it and it drives me freaking nuts that every perfume influencer repeats that.
Every nose smells different notes, even if they're not there, like I smell green grapes in Prada Paradoxe and it's not even an actual note in the perfume
loooove Shagaf oud! Swiss arabian makes some good stuff! Next time you visit us in middle east you can try Lootah (love Silky oud and some oils ) and Anfas Alkhaleej ( love Barari, in men and on myself!) think of a meet and greet next time eheheh
Thank you for making an interesting video for spring perfumes that isn't just florals, florals, and more florals! I'm really curious about these perfumes as I find myself getting bored with the western high-end perfumes that dominate the perfume section. As someone who loves the spicy musk of men's perfumes and the spicy earthiness of arab perfumes, these sound amazing!
I am enjoying going on an Arab fragrance journey. The perfumes from this region are incomparable. The value is amazing. Almost worth giving up Western traditional fragrances altogether for their quality (and dupes!) Suggestion: I think it would be fun to do a video on vintage fragrances. I'm getting into them more. Currently wearing Tabu to bed, it's a strange and addicting one and 100 years old.
Didn’t the Europeans learn how to make perfume from the Arabs or people from the Levant ie they were the first to develop distillation. That is what I was taught. The Mesopotamians used fragrance first but perfumes were used more widespread by the Egyptians to scent their homes, baths, bodies etc. It is therefore not surprising that their fragrances are so good - they’ve been doing it for so much longer than anyone else so they should! 😂
I wish I saw this video before I got Qissa. I had Yara already and it is nice but not a milk shake so I bought Qissa and was pissed because it smells so much like Yara but the dry down is a little better. Also I bought Ajayeb Dubai Portrait but the sent the wrong one. They sent the black bottle and yes I got my money back. I reordered and it is supposed to come today. Hopefully they sent the right one this time 🤞.
So, for some of us, Yara does smell like strawberry cream. I understand that for some people it doesn't. I only was able to smell it when I put it on my skin. I'm sure is a skin chemistry thing.
I absolutely adore that you make youtube videos as well! I love your tiktoks, but in these videos I get a deep dive that is so informative😍 Could you give perfume recommendations with tuberose in them? I am obsessed with tuberose and would love to find my signature scent. Thank youu!✨💗
Hi Olivia! Love the makeup look. 😍 So many options here, and so many I haven't seen others talking about. Honor & Glory and Ajayeb Portrait sound so nice.
When you showcase your perfume oils please teach us how to layer. Also any recommendations for full body oils to work into body care routines would be appreciated.
Hello this is LaTonya love when you do these kinds of videos on your Channel I am always looking to add new niche and designer to my perfume collection love your Channel
Interesting. I was looking for different oponions on whether Sublime was unisex. I watch a lot of fragrance content And you popped up when I was searching the Spring
My dear Olivia, I've just found you (subscribed!), and would love to hear your take on my burning passions: vintages/mature, animalic and leather perfumes. Afordable if you can, cuz I'm a working girl and these are investments for my mental health😅 Loving your channel ❤
I had been following you on Instagram for quite some time now but this is the first time I bought something out of the recommendations. I ordered Ajayeb Dubai. Sitting on the corner of my seat now for it to arrive. Lots of love ❤
I would highly recommend trying Rasana by Rasasi. It's a bit effervescent, sweet and citrusy (think eating a coconut-covered lemon bar while drinking Sprite). So good for Spring and Summer!
Idk if you own it or not, but if you do, I’d love to know if Mayar from Lattafa is truly comparable to Mugler Angel Nova, because I’m devastated that it’s discontinued. I don’t trust a lot of TikTok reviewers because, as evidenced by them comparing Yara and Qissa to a pink drink, they have no idea what they’re actually smelling and describe it inaccurately. But I would trust you with my life.
I finally figured out what the yara lattafa fragrance smells like !! So it’s not strawberry it’s a red raspberry scent that I’m getting. Almost like a creamy raspberry candy, but very light on the raspberry.
Hey Olivia have you came across a good clone for material a hundred silent ways and xjeroff dupes that lean feminine tuber rose lavender pink pepper vanilla sandalwood patchouli orange blossom oriental floral are usually notes I enjoy with a twist I know you have like a PHD in perfumes and since I’m just starting out my collection I’m in a budget atm lol so if you or any frag heads can think of any suggestions I’d appreciate it thanks so much 😊always ❤your videos your awesome
I have recently tried an oil from Al Haramain called Attar al Maqam. It resembles Baccarat Rouge 540 so much! But I can't find anywhere reviews, notes and release year to compare. Anyone has info? Do you also think it is almost identical to Baccarat Rouge?
I wanted to try Yara SO BAD. I ordered a roller ball and it smelled like limes 🤔 Nothing sweet or creamy. Im wondering if I got a fake and should try to get it somewhere else.
You are sooooo personable in your videos! I just ordered 4 of your suggestions. Tired of buying really expensive perfumes that don’t last. Thanks for your suggestions!
I love the idea of sweet but serious fragrances. At work I want to be sophisticated but a bit yummy. Thank you for this!
You are so right about Yara. When I heard it described as strawberry milkshake, I immediately thought "not for me", as I don't like that scent profile at all. But when I smelled in in person... oh boy. I get a creamy and musky vanilla. I immediately got a bottle to use in spring and summer.
Bought Epoque Artistique. Byooootiful it is!
Gypsy rose was actually my very first Arabic perfume I purchased! The amount of % of oil in that perfume is fantastic. It seriously lasts for a whole week on clothes and more than 24h on my skin 🥰
Do you have a specific website that you bought it?
Orientica has such good fragrances ♥️
I agree about Yara! I bought it cause I love strawberry and was surprised that it didn’t smell like that in real life.
If you love more masculine scents, I’ve tried Qaed al fursan by Lattafa. Smells like sliced pineapple with some woodiness.
mine just came in the mail today it’s SO gorgeous
I make my husband pineapple upside down cake every year for his birthday because it's his favorite. Honor and Glory just peaked my interest!
Great video! I'm so pleased to see Ajayeb Dubai Portrait getting some love. This is mango done in such an interesting way. Gorgeous, and unique!
I really appreciate the way you describe these fragrances! Very well done job!
Thank you, gonna order Qissa Pink and few other for spring. Its still very winter here in Finland, lots of snow so gonna use my winter ones little longer.
I don't want to be "that girl", but Shaghaf Oud Ahmar is from Swiss Arabian, not Lattafa. I know because I own it and love it. 😊
Omgggggg YOU’RE SO RIGHT 🤣🤣whoops!
"I don't want to be 'that girl' but I'm going to be 'that girl'. "......🙄🤦
Great comment lol@@chandracox6814

Thank you for the honesty on Quissa pink and Yara! Someone had to say it
Great video as always and excellent recommendations. Thank you, Olivia!

I recently purchased Ajayeb portrait to add for spring / summer and omg is it lovely!!!
Your videos are close to a masterclass👍 thank you Olivia! ❤
Fakhar, Rose gold by lattafa, omg that perfume is the best perfume I ever had.
Please drop the makeup deets!!! That eye and lip combo is gorgeous!!!
Laventure femme is BOSS!!!! It is absolutely amazing.
This video is everything I wanted and needed! Thank you, I am so over winter and ready for something fresh and alive 😃
I love that you had many I haven’t heard of or really considered. The variety was great too. Thanks!

Omg Olivia! That makeup you have on is to die for. Gorgeous! 💚
Your eyeshadow is stunning xx
Fabulous job. This video was packed with everything !! You rock !!
Royal amber sounds A-maz-ing. Paris Corner Emir Warm Leather ✨️ is a Penhaligon Halfeti dupe on steroids if that scent profile is your vibe...i love it! ❤️
I know you talk about perfume here but I'd love to know what you're wearing on your lips. Simply stunning.
I was gonna say the same thing!
We need more makeup videos. She always looks so stunning! 🥹
Bade’e Al Oud Sublime is my scent of the day today.😊
Ajayeb Dubai Portrait is luscious! 🥭 🤩 💛 The male version (Ajayeb Dubai - black bottle) is amazing too and unisex in my book. Both are on Fragrantica.

I did that with my vintage jpg classique so cool and yes luxurious
Ohh so many good and not to expansive fragrence. I love it. 🥰

Thanks for the video! im really into arab perfume these days, hope you will make a specific video about arab perfume with gourmand bakery scent 🙌
Époque artistique is intriguing
This is probably the most perfect shade of blonde I’ve ever seen

Your makeup is always 🔥 girl!
Your makeup is incredible in this 🤩 the color story works so well for you
You do look like a beautiful fairy.

Thanks for posting this video! I have been looking for Middle Eastern fragrances to wear during summer and spring! Yay 💕
Look drop dead gorgeous😍✨❤
Interesting. I was looking for different oponions on whether Sublime was unisex. I watch a lot of fragrance content And you popped up when I was searching the Spring
On a side note… LOVE your makeup today! Those colors suit you perfectly 😍.
Ummm can we talk about your lip color 😮 it’s beautiful!!
Between yara and qissa pink which one lasts longer?

Loving your channel ❤
I love your lip colour!! What’s the combo?
Girl! I've been waiting for this video!
I seriously had to give Yara to my daughter because I only smelled Play-Doh 😫 Not sure what's wrong with my nose.
I had been following you on Instagram for quite some time now but this is the first time I bought something out of the recommendations. I ordered Ajayeb Dubai. Sitting on the corner of my seat now for it to arrive. Lots of love ❤
Ordered the Ajayeb Dubai by Lattafa. It’s been on my wishlist for awhile.
Olivia can you find a Arab Green Tea Scent?
Chco Musk, OMG Cholate, Vanilla, Musk Gormound Heaven Last Soo Long Time, Unbelievably Affordable !
I would highly recommend trying Rasana by Rasasi. It's a bit effervescent, sweet and citrusy (think eating a coconut-covered lemon bar while drinking Sprite). So good for Spring and Summer!
Lovely as usual! I already order Ajayeb Portrait by Lattafa. I'll let you know! Love the eyeshadow! I am in love with Ajayeb!
Olivia could you please link Pearla Nera please? here in the UK it brings up something else! Thanks ❤
This video has me all up in my Spring vibe EARLY..Love this list. You are stunning...You give me dewier skin Gwen Stefani...Yessss.New subscriber
Thanks for sharing 😇

Currently wearing Honour & Glory😘
I love all year round scents that are fruity but not young... Any recommendations
Review mayar natural intense!
where can i buy the pearla nera oils?
Dear fragrance fairy godmother can you do one for designer perfumes too? 🥺
"Supernatural rose." Cool note. Unintentional I'm sure, but I like it.👻
Could you recomend some Arabic perfumes for spring but without musk note? Lot of them has musk, and I hate musk on muself. Help pls! :)
I finally figured out what the yara lattafa fragrance smells like !! So it’s not strawberry it’s a red raspberry scent that I’m getting. Almost like a creamy raspberry candy, but very light on the raspberry.
Great video…do you use Salt cream makeup… you look and sound just like the owner

Can you suggest anything similar to Le Labo Noir 29?
Epoque Artistique sounds amazing! Where can I get it? I was only able to find it in their website but they don't ship to the US
I found it at Aroma Concepts!
I wanted to try Yara SO BAD. I ordered a roller ball and it smelled like limes 🤔 Nothing sweet or creamy. Im wondering if I got a fake and should try to get it somewhere else.
I literally just ordered delina exclusif yesterday. 😢
Any Arabic perfume out there with a gardenia middle note?
People smell yara in diffrent ways i smell it as astrawberry ice cream my friend smell it vanilla and coconut and this is so weard
Hamidi is a brand that i don't see a lot of reviews on ..i wish i couldn't see more info on the perfumes and oils they have..😮
Is there somewhere I can get Luna other than Amazon?
Yara DOES smell like a strawberry milk shake.
sold my bottle of Ajayeb, something was sharp for me in it, nothing was smooth or creamy unfortunately.
