The only issue with Guile is that he's Wind, so he fights for food with Beast Zangief and Cammy. C.Viper is great alternative to focus on whilst promoting, if wind fodder isn't dropping.
All these free to play accounts have 1 thing in common to make them work, the most overpowered non bison hero in the game named Beast Zangief, he is the true mvp, as long as you interrupt it doesn't matter who your team for pve is. If you as f2p do not get Beast Zangief you will be on the strugglebus for a long long time... as you're back to relying on chun-li or another fast unit as to not get annihilated before it's your turn.
Also Mad Ryu is the bane of BZan as his metsu hado can 1 shot him so interrupting it, is actually difficult without taking any damage not to mention a free hado under 50/30% and then post 121 more hado spam that makes SF5 Daigo look like a kid.
But in short: Reroll an account until you get Bzan or you're not going to replicate this in the slightest without lots of frustration.
Whenever Mad Ryu KOs an opponent, he starts chucking fire balls and wont stop unless the next fireball doesn't KO. So when Mad Ryu KO'd Elena with the tatsu, he started chucking fireballs and even though your character wasn't KOd his meter was already filled to chuck the next fireball for the KO.
Actually had a real tough time pulling guile dupes for some reason, but I guess everyone has that one unit they struggle to get. Same for combat guile too actually.
Zero copies of Guile on my 2nd account, however the game has flooded me with copies of Street Poison (11 on day-8)

Well goodnthing I never went by hype and luckily I actually upgraded guile from the get go his aoe replacement is good for his third skill.
So glad you went for Guile, i use him on my main account and he is BEAST! With his SSS vehicles he stacks even more Sabre too! he will carry you far far far into the FTP account mate :)

One thing I see is that Guile's super doesn't initially hit the backline. Use Chun Li's super first. She'll hit every opponent, then you use Beast Gief to suck them in. Going forward, you'll hit everyone with Guile's super and combo 3. That'll help you eke out a little more consistent damage on the entire enemy team and prevent the backline hero to live long enough to mess you up.
