    Real estate agents and the system are a MASSIVE RIPOFF, there should be a set cost to sell a house, If I have a house that Im selling for 400K where the 6% ripoff scam kicks in and takes 24K of MY money/equity. Versus a house that I might sell for 1 million....where the 6% ripoff then provides a $60,000 loss of MY money/equity.
    Please tell me how an agent does more paperwork between the two houses for a differences of $36,000 - there is no way in hell $36,000 more is required to sell the 1 million dollar home.
    It's such a massive ripoff of MY EQUITY that I EARNED..... There should be a set fee to sell a house no matter the cost, the paperwork is the same, title is the same paperwork.
    Now let's talk about the buyers agent, NO WAY IN HELL I SHOULD PAY THAT as a seller...It is not my choice who you selected, why should they get 3% of MY MONEY.
