- We have just landed our second batch of Yamaga Blanks and in this video we would love to show you some of the new models to our range. Yamaga rods are handmade in Japan and are an extremely popular brand. The first thing you will notice when picking up these rods is just how light in the hand they are. All of the models feature Fuji components and simplistic but neat bindings.

early 99 is the nicest rod I've ever used
Yamaga Early for Boat 🤩😍🤩😍🤩😍💥💥💥👍👍👍😊😉🤝
Will all the models be listed on your site to check specs/availability? Cheers
Yes they are all on our website
Which rod would you recommend for an airity 4000? I was thinking the chains but I need more of a boat rod so it’s probably a bit on the long side
The EARLY for boat would match nicely
@@TackleWest cheers, that’s what I was thinking…I do like the chains but it would just be too long
You could always give me one 😂
Can I pair a 2023 Saltiga 5000xh with Yamaga Early for Mobile 96MMH? Thanks
Yes you can
I just bought a 2500 twin power fe and I’m looking for a rod to pair with it, about a 3-6kg rod for around 400 or less
Any recommendations?
nice rods. how about some baitcaster ones
All spin this time round
Just my luck, I wanted the tz nano 9’3” but it was sold out. Are there more on the way? I need one of those.
We will have more coming in the next few months
@@TackleWest looking at yamaga’s website is it true that it only weighs around 90 grams for the 9’3” model? Is there a way to get notified or pre-order the item? Thanks for taking the time to reply.
👍
I bought it for myself recently Yamaga Early for Boat 👍👍👍💥💥💥😉

Hello!

Ok., thanks!
What kind of action this rod is? Moderate fast? Is it possible to do good snap for pike?
I am looking rod (around 2m long), for pike fishing in lake from boat, but a bit afraid, isn’t this rod action too slow!
On Blue current TZ nano WHEN I go into the website it says Blue Current Blanks TZ nano? So do the guides come with it or is it just the blanks? I don't want to buy the blank. I want the whole rod with guides.
Yes they come with the guides. Yamaga blanks is just the brand name
@@TackleWest I was debating on buying the phenix K2 6'7 rod or this Blue TZ nano. Which one do you think is better?
@camboviet316 can’t go past a yamaga!
hi bro
I'm looking for shore jigging rods
What do you suggest to buy?
It depends on how heavy you want but there is a couple rods in the range that will work
@@TackleWest
i need max about 120 or 150
Something I noticed about all your rods and JDM and Australian rods in general. No cork handles? All foam black AVA handles. Do you Aussies not like cork? Or is it not easy to obtain in the land down under? Here in USA, most of our premium made in USA rods like St. Croix, Lamiglas and Loomis have cork handles. They are super light weight and premium quality and last forever, and don't get that worn shiny look after a while like black EVA foam does. Just something I noticed. I lhave many of both. Nothing wrong with EVA foam
Cork is just not very popular anymore in AUS and the EVA is what most people prefer.
@@TackleWest Hello, please if you can help me I have a blue current III 69B casting model in the part where the rod connects can you still see the exposed material or the connection is totally clean?
@@franciscodreyer3736No. They are meant to connect where the joint has some space so that it doesn't destroy itself when the rod is flexed under tension.
@@zveryok1 thank you buddy
@@franciscodreyer3736 Tight lines, dude.
9.3 yamaga where can i buy it?Thanks

Out of stock.
The guy with the camera keeps scraping the rods on the ceiling. Can hear it in the video.

Premium rods are APIA rods!
Apia rods arent made in house. Their highest end models are made by Olympic. Gcraft is better than Apia, Nissin (Ares) too.
Lesath lM7 all l need
Jealous from Vancouver…salmon is the only species that I can swing my YB rods and Shimano exsence Infiniti at…you guys must have much more diversified targets in Australia

Entering A Tackle Shop is a Disaster
Especially this one. These look better than the Gloomis or St. Croix rods. I bought one and I was amazed at how light weight it is. Another is already on the way. I would strongly recommend the Blue Current series if you like freshwater fishing with spinning gear.
