Thanks for watching. I could have called the company I purchased it from to have it redone, but what was the use as they didn't know how the first time and I don't think they would have done any better coming back mad. The delivery and set up came as part of the purchase, so I sent corporate an email with this video link so they can see the result of the poor job V/S the done right job.
Maybe they will give me back the amount they paid the set up guys. Or not! LOL
