Salam Walakoum WaRahmatula waBarakatu and JazzakAllah kair for your enlightening videos, sister. I stumbled upon your channel after browsing RUclips for Muslimah videos in efforts to help to me cope with my recurring chronic anxiety, depression, migraines and PTSD that I've suffered from for years. I still suffer from these ailments, but elhemdulileh, it has brought me closer to Allah, SubhanahWata'Allah. He has His reasons even though we don't always realize or understand them while we're in the middle of hardships. Through reflection, after the hardships eventually pass, I often begin to put the pieces together and remind myself that Allah is in control and nothing happens without his permission. Allahu Allum, Allah knows what we know not. He knows what is in our hearts, minds, what we reveal and what we conceal. Allahu Akbar! Elhemdulileh for everything! May Allah grant us all Junnah for our good deeds and acts of deen in this dunya, Inshallah , Allahuma Ameeeeeeeeeen. After all, isn't that the whole point of Islam, to serve Allah through our good deeds, so He may measure who amongst us is best in our deen?
Perfect timing of this video. Needed to hear every word you said ❤ Remember us in your precious prayers! You are the cutest wise and pious person I know ❤

remember ,if your are going through complications and struggles ,a big way of trusting is praying salat al istikhara .Super easy prayer look it up if your unsure and inshallah Allah will guide you and open doors you didnt even know exsited.
Beautiful reminder. However, often times the test seems so long and so never ending and painful that one can't help but break down. Maybe those are tge times that are tge peak of tge test in which Allah judges us on our tawakal and sabr.
Hey there ! Depression shows u how weak we can get and yet allah is always with us through it but we don't see it cz we're blind with pain i used to be depressed too and at the end i just chose to give up trying hard to heal and left it for allah i said god plz i cannot do this anymore i only rely on u
May Allah make it easy for you. Something you must know about depression: there are 2 perspectives. 1. Depression as a result of a unhealthy lifestyle and a disbalance in the brain or a disbalance in hormones The brain has all types of chemical processes that influences our mood etc. Dopamine, serotine, cortisol. They regulate our happy moods, sleep and stress. Take a look at your life and make sure that you keep doing the right things. Even if you feel numb or sad. Make a realistic schedule for yourself. For example: - 9.00 Wake up - 9.10 get out of bed after a good stretch - 9.30 go for a walk - 10.00 grab a cup of coffee - 12.00 lunch with something healthy (food is very important, stop eating sugar, to much carbs, and try to eat more greens. There is a special connection between the gut and depression) 13.00 - 13.30 Nap time 14.00 Duhr 15.00 journalling Something that works for you and be consistent. Even if you didn’t sleep. You need to build a healthy routine for your brain. 2. Depression as a result of unresolved trauma, stress, being ungrateful, thinking to much about the past or worries for the future This is hard. I know from experience. It is important to write and get more insight in your feelings. Stay in the “present” and change what you don’t like about your present situation. It can be small things. For example: go to the hairdresser and fix yourself. Get a massage. Try and change what you don’t like about yourself and your life now. Depression is a disease and it needs to be taken care of, but nobody will safe you from your own toughts. You need to put yourself in check. Try and find positive people around you, but don’t expect anything from anybody. This is your battle with yourself and try to find ease and sabr with Allah. Don’t stop performing Salah. Even if it is one time a day. I had a very bad depression for 4 years and I beat it without medication. I saw a therapist from time to time, but I realised that only Allah and I can truly fix this state of being. Try and read this book: the body keeps the score May Allah make it easy for you and remember: this is just a phase but YOU need to fight. It is your personal jihad.
Walikum Salam sister
