The Invictus spear you get from the follower set is amazing, the python turnover martial art (R1+triangle on PS5) on that weapon is OP, you can lock down enemies and some bosses with it. I went back to farm the first boss for his armor, and pretty much just spammed that until he died, it does crazy spirit damage if you have a fire build.
I was actually already putting the build together for that, but there are so many amazing weapons, that I just can't decide which one to post first.
Messing around with that guding blade right now mut this looks good too. Lots of builds out there

Do you think the Qiang scimitar would synergy with this build early game ? Right now I’m only lvl 24 and I really want to do a sword + fire focus build. I really like the Qiang scimitar for its moveset.
Nope, the Qiang Scimitar scales with metal and water. Buuuut, you could take this bad boy, it has a A+ scaling on fire: wolong.wiki.fextralife.com/The+Assault+on+Wuchao

So, if I dont have the ice enchant perk for weapon, i miss out the core mechanic of the build? I have just entered NG and still dont have this perk.

just wanna point out you keep mentioning beginner friendly in the start with the wood stats and the fire stats but your character is lv 120 and you usually finish the regular campaign before 100 so requiring to go through almost all content in game and still being a beginner after that is kind of contradicting... if you build this the moment you start (beginner) the stats give so little that its not even that advantageous...
Not contradicting. Armor and weapons you can get from the very second level. As for stats, they should be placed evenly on fire and wood as you level up.

Pommel, definitely. The thing is, pommel is nevera going to have a hyper armor skill. But It does scale much better the damage because of double A on Wood/Fire.
So you're trading damage for a less cool skill. Need to make consesions.

how many times u fought the boss for the sword to get this fighting style on it ? i killed him easy 200 times now and i always geht the same 3 styles on the sword 😅
I was lucky enough to get it out of the Armor Set reward. lol
