Summer Series 2013: Republic Services 2221 w/ phillipk128

So many of you know that my buddy Phil from WM got on at Republic Services. I was finally able to catch up with him on his new route and shoot some video. 2221 is his new truck. It's a pretty good truck, except the autopack (like most of the other trucks) no longer works. One thing is for sure- it beats the crap out of 263398. And as you can see, he was more than happy to get back in a Curotto. He ran one a few years ago when he was at J&J, and couldn't wait to get back in one. I know all the cart fans will enjoy this video as there are several rare carts throughout the video. He said his whole route is basically flooded with them. A big thanks to Phil for making this video possible!

Great footage!! I like the curotto. I enjoyed seeing the zarn at 6:24. I'm glad they still have a lot of the B-series carts over there. I like the M-series but I miss B-series.

Nice work! Always enjoy seeing the older and rare carts being dumped. Really liked those 2 kirks and Zarns. The FA Toters were nice too. Nice to see a driver dump a manual bin with the curotto too. It looks like this area is unincorporated?

I just Hate when Recycle gets mixed with Reg trash!!! why did driver put boxes in curotto dump it then collect reg Garbage?

this is republic waste services called garbage truck and the number is 2221 thats why those neighbor are have a garbage day
and that color of the garbage truck is brown
