We can be better than yesterday and take accountability for pur actions always, making the best choices we can for ourselves. If we wanted to we could all have a job it might not be the ideal job it could be McDonald's but we could apply to many places and one of those places will hire us weather at the dishwasher a janitor a union job and so on 1. Less judgments 2. Listening to people and not interrupting. 3. Paying attention to red flags in ourselves and others. 4. Staying away from toxic people and then understanding that at times we could be the toxic one. 5. Reading and listening to positive RUclips videos like ( mind motivational ) and I am. 6. Reading up on and or RUclips being codependency. 7. Putting healthier food or liquids in our body than we have been. 8. Staying hydrated with watermelon or water or coconut. 9. I'm getting into nature often 10. And just like the energy from the earth from the dirt that grows plants and trees that we enjoy any standing Barefoot in the dirt even if it's for a few minutes now and then can be very healthy for our bodies we absorb the energy through our feet without shoes on. 11. And every day we wake up and before we go to sleep we say thankful and gratitude for what we have and not what we don't. 12. And also have daily weekly monthly and yearly goals to accomplish. 13. And of course it's always great to be in a positive mind frame although that's not realistic because life's roller coaster kicks in whenever but we don't have to stay in a negative place for too long we can give ourselves a few minutes or what not but we don't have to stay there for hours days weeks or months in the land of depression and anger. 14. Revamping re-evaluating our life's often to see where we can improve in many different aspects.
