THANK YOU!!! 2015-2021 Kias and Hyundais. Break a window. Pop a few covers, and turn a screwdriver! My car theft racket just jumped up 2000%! How irresponsible do you think it is to tell the entire world how to steal cars and which ones are the easiest???
Here’s a hint. . . DONT WASTE YOUR MONEY ON A “CLUB” steering wheel “anti theft” device. . . They are CRAP. . . They can be easily pulled off. . . By a 5’1 100lb girl (yeah it WAS me in my former life). . . If your car is a bit older, pull your spark plug out and keep it on you. . . Install a hidden kill switch, ANYTHING but a Club 😂❤😊
Anti-Theft, a simple switch on a critical ignition or fuel wire hidden where only the owner knows. Do that and there's no way to steal it without a rollback
Someone tried to steal my 2018 Kia Forte and I can relate to how the victim in this story felt. I think the only reason why they didn’t get away with my car is because the thief didn’t know how to drive a stick shift. After I got the car fixed I traded it in for a Honda Civic Si. I couldn’t take the stress of worrying about somebody trying to steal my car all the time.
Guess what?, your Honda SI is more valuable in parts than most anything on the road. The motor transmission and posi are two grand just to start? The Mexican community seeks your car
This is a people problem more than it is a car problem. I help people sell homes around the Portland Metro area. If you go about an hour out of town you find people that don't need to lock the doors of their house. With that said, it would be a big mistake to try and steal from them.
Ever help landlords buy property and then they refuse to accept rent and evict the tenants? Its disgusting how housing has been weaponized and we get these greedy vile evil landlord terrorists. Why do the cops let them injure and steal from customers? Making people homeless and hurt shouldnt be so socially exceptable. ... . Maybe this could change when the same harm is done to them and their family and friends ?
@@olecamohatmcgilicudy4256 Since roughly 2016 Portland lost over 20% of its single family home housing stock. I believe that is due to the strict rules for landlords and the increase in home values. Unfortunately that increases demand and the price for everyone. It is difficult to be a landlord and a tenant in 2023.
Crazy world, irreversible!!! Cut their hands, both of them for all criminals!! If this law is in place I bet there's not going to be any of this crimes!
Kia used to be buy one get one free, those models were made out of sheet metal and the dash foam would puff up like marshmallow when the heater was on no lie. Don't see those models on the road anymore. Also kind of funny this segment shows others how to steal more Kia's lol.
It's s Kia. The manufacturer didn't think people would want to steal them
Not even for parts or black market resell. They are only good for stunts and wrecking for TikTok videos.

Add an aftermarket security system, or get “the club” for your steering wheel for $30.
Those are being cutoff by the suspect
These are the cars the police should use as bait

My man. Good thing you did not go to the Accord. Won't be surprised if someone swaps all of 4 Accord wheels with bricks.
I’m about to get rid of my 2019 Elantra, I hate the car now I don’t even want it anymore
Hahahaha

You should not explain how exactly they can steal it. Keep them ignorant.
Invest in kill switchs and or apple tags, nobody in portland should leave their car unlocked or running while away.
Its plain ignorant
Why did KIA ever allow this problem to exist in the first place? What an ignorant company.
Thieves will always find a way to steal. Its time we make this a crime not worth the risk to the criminal.

Only a fool would buy these cars
Drive a stick shift. Most of these knuckleheads don't know how to drive them.
Just don't buy a Hyundai or a Kia, they are pieces of junk.
02:02 it just takes a piece software to stop this?! What a terrible car company. 😮
