I think the Gold Cup victory was huge for this team with so many new players, in transition, not yet super cohesive and bringing a strong sense of cohesion. Lots of musical chairs with line ups. I’m actually very happy and proud of them and can’t imagine how dangerous they will be under Emma Hayes with a settled team. Wow!

This comment is dumb. Clubs are way better than national teams because they can sign anybody in the world whereas for national teams they are limited. Manchester City can beat any country in the world besides maybe France.
This is a big win. They have had a string of subpar tournaments. To actually win against a quality side like brazil is a real accomplishment. On to the Olympics, where the competition only gets stronger

ESPN FC-You might want to rethink how you sell the women’s game to viewers. Being very blunt, the quality of the women’s game is nowhere close to the men’s game. The overwhelming majority of viewers of your channel are not interested in the women’s game and that’s reflected in the women’s content viewership numbers being significantly less than men’s content videos. I’d highly suggest you start looking at creating a completely separate channel for tie women’s game. Because trying to force it/cram it into the men’s game sphere is not working.
