She was on a pass right before that prop broke and still got 91! Great pass! Can’t wait to see the new ABC prop in those kind of water conditions! 💪🏻 💪🏻
@@Wildwilliesrc yes, I heard you mention and could hear myself you weren't yet at full clip ? can only imagine how many more MPH you might have gotten !
@marcandreasson87 yeah I wish I could have completed it. I think I would have had a new PB. It was a bad day for the rigger too. It’s coming up ina video soon.
Think unloading that prop caused it. Suggest to check your driveline carefully. It has been unbalanced severely at high rpm, so could have damaged something, just to be certain... Luckily a new prop is coming. Hopefully the new one is so good you forget this happened quickly...
@Wildwilliesrc that shouldnt be to existing i assume... Everything that came loose recently, driveline, potentially waterlines or seems hull. At 90mph they tend to blow off without precautions, so there is some serious pressure on those too... Mine has also few drops in it after running it few times, but within reason doesn't concern me...
@peteroosterhoff8850 yeah I’m hoping it’s just a cooling line with a hole I use zip ties on all of them. I’m drying it out now it got to my receiver and was glitching.
@Wildwilliesrc there are beautiful (fully round, automotive) hoseclamps, work like a charm, just need to find right size. Also B's, piece off cooling line over a line works pretty good and looks clean also. Zipties have flat spot which is a weakpoint in my opinion. Not telling what you should do off course, but are "better" solutions than zipties in my opinion... We'll wait for the next run and see how it works out...👍
@peteroosterhoff8850 I tried the cooling tub over the line I still had a blow off. They kinda my only option until I get something else. My prop didn’t come today either. Supposed to be here tomorrow. Hopefully I can get back out there soon 🤟
@@Wildwilliesrc you said 2200cm at the end of the video, I posted before I finished the vid. I'm in the same boat with motor choice for my DF41. It's been 88 on a 4070 std 2080kv, but it's a long pull, one hitter quitter. My 1520kv takes the boat down about 15mph slower. I'm currently debating a 1800cm or a 1700ish kv standard 4070.

Great run WW. 91 with a mechanical fault just after. Nice going. 🤟
Thanks I believe I hit something cause it tore my water pickup and pushed my rudder up.

Nice pass. I saw a video of a guy doing 99 mph with that hull. In his description he listed the prop.
The prop was an abc 1916 17 45 2 blade.
Yes Sir he’s also running 9S I’m going for that on 8S🤟🤟🤟
Very cool !

Yes I already checked my driveline and took it to the creek and now I have to find a water leak 🤔
