Thank you for this update of your 2023! I started watching you in the spring of 2023. I started my OF in December 2022, and 2023 was full of ups and downs health wise with my MS. I thought about you this morning and I'm so happy I came to kinda check in and watch this video because YOU gave me the reminder to never give up.
