The Cahier is one of my favourite bags and such a beauty! I love the size as I am petite so I find big bags don't look right on me - unless for travel. But I agree, the bag is not durable, I had to send mine to The Restory to get the studs on each side of the strap replaced because I looked at it recently and noticed they were missing :(
I'm in love with this bag, but as with all the lambskin bags it's such a struggle to keep them out of scratches and marks. I'm not going to sold it, I think it's such a beautiful piece.
I just sold my cahier bag. What a waste of money! I didn’t even get half the price I paid for. The bag is heavy and the couple of times I wore the bag, I wore it crossbody. The strap kept sliding off my shoulder. Impossible to wear it as a shoulder bag. What a regret for buying the bag!
I saw such today in a second hand store. It is very beautiful but i did not buy it for a reason of being very heavy. It is not comfortable at all for me. Knowing it is empty what more if I put my things inside. Sad reality 🥺
OMGosh. I was gonna buy this bag and your video popped up on Google and I’m glad you told me. Those things are important to me. Very informative video. Also, I would like the option to change that strap to a thin metal strap. I’ll probably keep looking for a different bag. Thank you! 🙏🏼🙏🏼
@@eliza_armand I went with the Louis Vuitton “MyLockMe” pouchette. I also bought the LV sporty strap so I can change it from dressy to casual because it’s a very versatile purse 👌🏼
Hihi Eliza, love this prada bag, but cannot imagine why it is so heavy. It is truly a nice size. I was thinking maybe it is the hardware? Love your review and great presentation!! Hoping to connect on yt dear 😍🥰
Thank you so much for stopping by! Well, the strap is heavy on its own and the bag itself is very bulky, which makes it quite heavy. Plus if you add some bits and pieces, it feels like you're carrying a brick :) But overall I love this bag as it looks absolutely darling.
@@eliza_armand ah hahah!! 😅🤣 yeah i lnow what you mean by a brick!!! Maybe the leather is just heavy by itself... hmm! Totally sth i will probably not enjoy. Anyway, hope to stay connected and do come by my channel to lend some support too 🥰😍
Hi Eliza! Returning sub 💞🥰 Great channel! I would love to see a video of bags you regret selling, if any - I just repurchased a Chanel bag that I sold a few years ago lol (but in my defense I purchased a smaller size that’s been redesigned 😂)
Thank you so much, that means a lot! Yeah, I'm actually about to film my Designer Handbag collection this weekend, so hopefully the video will be out soon. And of course will do a video about the bags that I've sold. Thank you!

But it's so pretty! I've had my eye on a Cahier since it first came out😩
I know right, it's such a stunning vintage looking bag, but you really have to baby it.

I still think it would be great for going to a dinner or a wedding. It's too special for wearing every day, unlike a LV canvas bag.

Thank you for stopping by! I'm happy that it helped. It's a truly beautiful bag, but, unfortunately, no-goer at all

Crazy how society worships luxury brands like this
