Ken, my x1 f48 shows slot 42 having 5amp fuse currently. The fuse diagram suggests that slot 42 is shared by horn/bell, speaker and tyre warning. I see you have added a red(10amp) fuse so my question is are you sharing that slot now with the original 5amp and the new 10amp you’re using for the dashcam please? Could that be risky?

hi, the 5 amp fuse just limits how much can be used. The wire that feeds into the fuse can supply a lot more than 5 amp.
@@kenkanfix therefore it is ok to mix 5amp and 15amp on the same slot, with a pigtail?
@isalevy4719 yes it will be fine. just make sure you have the fuses in the right slots
Hey on slot 65 did you add another fuse pairing the existing 20amp fuse? O you just leave just one?
hi, I used a fuse tap, so existing 20A is for original circuit and extra 5A fuse is for the dashcam
