Hi mr, i bougth tcl 55c645 and the tv cannot enable the game Mode. I dont know how fix them. The message to see in the screen is: "funtion is not aviable". Any idea to can do?

Was just searching for a way to turn off Game Mode and found this video. IF you wanted to turn it off like me and you have a cheaper TCL (mine is the 70S470G), I found the option to do so here.
Settings > Channels & Inputs > Inputs > Auto Low Latency
Automatically activates Game Mode for lowest latency and best possible experience.
For me having this turned off seems better as far as the picture looks. I game on PC, so I your experience may vary. I hope this helps someone.

Does anyone know how to access the Game Master HUD? It appeared when I first activated Game Master, there was a transparent blue overlay on the top and bottom of the screen which allowed me to adjust various settings and see things such as FPS counter. I'm not able to access that HUD anymore for some reason, and I can't find anything online with how to access it to make "Game Master" settings changes. Anyone know how to access the HUD?

My ps5 is connected to HDM 120hrtz 4k and i tried allll hdmi input but its still giving me a message said better for gaming only available when device connected to HDMI port … and it’s already connected to HDMI port😢
when my game mode is on it shows like a little glitch every time is that supposed to happen?
There should be no glitch the TV should adjust it self to playing Games efficiently. Especially FPS and so on.
When mine is on it turns off the glitch

I just bought and se t this TV a C635 , i found game mode but i can not set it on , its just gray option , it does not go on/blue.. I have HDMI 2.1 connected to PC with a AMD 6800 gpu.. Any help?

Go to settings scroll all the way down to system then scroll all the way down again u til you find a setting for game master from there you can enable it for certain inputs
I just got my C635 and I've noticed that when game mode is activated the image turns to warmer colors and I don't like it at all.

I dont have such options like Sports mode and Game Mode on my c825 tcl
It does have both modes in settings Go to Settings> System>Navigate below to find Sports / Game Mode

Yes technically because without a Console it doesn't make sense

If you have it in Auto yes.

You must have a high quality fast hdmi cable directly from the source to the tv in de 144 hdmi port of the tv. Your console has to be compatible to (like ps5)

Hi! I've been watching videos saying that although the company claims the TV has 2.1 HDMI ports, this is actually not completely true. Apparently, when using a 2.1 HDMI port for gaming you get the 4K resolution but not the 120 FPS nor the VRR (variable refresh rate). Do you happen to know if by activating gaming mode you can actually reach the 120 FPS and/or play with VRR? Thanks!

@@noahshambles62 yes but not at 4k and via TV feature check TV specs for online FPS is good, I prefer 4k 60fps as came from 1080p 30 FPS ps ps4. For Halo and Warzone etc native 4k 60 FPS is my preferred choice 👍
@@noahshambles62 i get 4k 120hz just fine on my c745. I will try 144hz 4k tomorrow and maybe try out the 1080p 240hz mode as well

Actually kind of, after reaing a lot about it i found out that if you press and hold three horizontal lines for a time, game mode ui will show up, for me my problem was the input delay because i plugged my pc to my tcl tv, and from there i solved the issue
Normal is smooth but game mode is. Lag 😂
