Custom crosshairs are useless. The default crosshairs in CoDM actually mean something. The lines outside the dot in the crosshair indicate the range of the bullets when hipfiring. The further the lines, the further the range of the bullets when hipfiring. And smaller the lines, smaller the range of the bullets when hipfiring. This is why noscoping with a sniper takes skill/luck. For shotguns, it's a circle but with parts of it cut off. It means the same as crosshairs of guns that aren't a shotgun.
3. I don't think custom crosshair can get you banned. As far I know, custom crosshair only requires the permission to use screen overlay(same as discord).
I’ve encountered way too many codm Karens threatening to report, they abuse the report option b/c they get upset easily, I got banned 3 times, suspiciously right after the game I’ve played w/ them against. So now I try not to play too good, cause 2 weeks ban isn’t so fun at all.

Did you know that you can get banned by CODM just by winning from an event in-game? In my case, I've obtained a purple crate from an event where the epic HG-40 Werewolf Fighter I think was the best thing that you could get inside that crate. And according to CODM itself, my account wasn't meant to get that apparently (for the record, I don't use hacks or any form of bannable actions in the game itself). Also, they don't give me any compensation from the lost hours of grinding the weapon camos or even just a lot of purple weapon xp cards during that time. They didn't even apologize and they just put the blame on me.

Guys what u can do is draw an “x” or a dot on a piece of sticky tape, ads and stick it on your crosshair then u got a good crosshair without a 3rd party app
For me it was 4# and I lost all my diamond skins (had like 15 and I only needed Chicom ,pharo,h2126, echo, and these garbage weapons then I would have gotten Damascus) but I got false banned and needed to start over with a new account...

Actually, what if I use apps to boost FPS for my game? Some people don't have high spec devices so some optimiser apps can be useful to allow them to play.
I doubt that there are such apps that needed to be on the background to boost codm or any other games, ironically it is using up ram which your device needs to perform better.
