Also playing the credential game isnt going to prove tarzans point, similar to how coaches have the wisdom vs the retired professional whos washed up and cant explain the entire game and isnt the master. This is the whole discussion vs the coach and the athlete and whos more of a teacher, both are needed but the player has the ability to carry out what the coach knows

Credentials do matter up to a point. I'm plat-dia myself and I would absolutely never take advice from anyone below plat. That's because if you can't apply that knowledge and get out of silver gold then you clearly understand nothing about the game and shouldn't be teaching anyone other than maybe fun builds.
