Creo Parametric - Advanced Selection - Curve Chains and Surface Sets

This Creo Parametric tutorial shows you how to use the SHIFT key for the advanced selection methods. For curve chains, you can select tangent chains, boundary chains, and from-to loops. For surfaces, you can select all solid surfaces, surface loops, and seed and boundary.

How would I select just the inside surfaces of a part? I try the seed and boundary method, but Creo selects ALL surfaces, inside and out, between the seed and boundary.
