Were you also there during the interview? Did she present photos of you two together? Letters, emails? Was she able to answer correctly personal questions about you (i.e. what is your profession or what state do you reside in)? You can always hire an attorney specializing in immigration laws.
This isn't what US immigration should look like either. Why not move to the Philippines to be with your wife and stepson? Does your wife and stepson have advanced degrees or have something unique to offer the US? What happens if there is a divorce?
