Joey died too soon and she truly had a voice which you'll seldom seen in Country music and what you hear is full proof of that.
Joey+Rory and their marvelous television show helped me find my way back to the Lord in 2013 after years of ridiculous backsliding. Their love for the Lord is so incredibly strong, their witness to the fans so magnificent. I am praying for you and your family, Joey.

I remember them from "Can You Duet". They are such real people who obviously love each other. It came out in all their songs. In addition to having great voices that blended well, the emotion between them gave all their songs that extra oomph to make them great. So truly awful and tragic that he lost her to cancer. When they sing to each other like this, it's like they are making love to each other. Heartbreaking.

My all time favorite song and never heard it sound this good! Joey's voice reminds me a little of Allison Kraus. Their love story and music has touched me profoundly. "The Notebook" is a beautiful movie about love. Joey and Rory are the true story of real love. They both inspire so many!

Yes, she is dying and they have all known that for quite awhile and they know that Jesus will be standing at the Gates of Heaven to guide her home. If you look at it, most things have a certain amount of sadness to them in life.

If you happen to be a Joey/Rory fan, ... then you understand why I felt very emotional before I even played the video.
