So to me it appears that Xero is a military veteran and the engineer behind the heart locket, the core and is working for jestar

I’m so disappointed this level didn’t make it to completion. I’m a huge fan of steampunk, first off, and the aesthetic is sooooo pretty and fitting. Also, I love, love, *love* the attention to detail with Xero as a character. I paused the video to read all the documentation in the opening of the level and you can learn so much about this guy, as well as the time period Black Heart is set in, at least to a degree. Also this song is pure funk and really fits the industrial theme in my opinion. Great work here, even if it didn’t get completed!
Im so happy to hear that someone cares about the little details that was put together in the boss intro, its so sad that it wont be cannon anymore ;-;

I remember the night me and you were discussing about xero's intro and the many hours we spent creating it, with all the details and documentation we made out of our minds... its sad that this level wont ever be finished...

@@Azaelris ummm yah it does m8 cuz it really deepens the story and it shows how much work ol666 is putting into it and with this being Canon alot of stuff can be explained about for example how the core was designed how the heart locket was designed and most likely a crap ton more stuff I missed so speaking for those people in the future who will most likely demand answers once the series finishes something like this is pretty needed

The beginning part of the level I've never seen yet, that looks... incredible!
Out of all the characters you have I think this one is the most fleshed out, considering the first 15 seconds shows his history.
Love his theming and aesthetics, and his character is really interesting.
Pity he's been cast into limbo for an uncertain amount of time.

It bums me out that we won't see this stage/boss (at least, not in this form) because from what I can see, it looks sooooo good! I am simply in love with the mechanical theme, especially paired with that song. And I also really like the fact that he's the one singing the lyrics, hehe. It's a real shame the song can't be used. Still, I'm looking forward to what you do end up making.

The level "Jelly" was very awesome. Great detail and syncing. Its sad it wasn't finished.

The most we have for evidence is similar base shapes, which are circles. They don't resemble each other in color, abilities, or even number of hands. I don't believe Xero and Siren are related biologically.
