    They added journalling to the treatment program at the psych ward I went too after they saw how much my decision to journal helped me.

    I discovered this channel, particularly this video, by pure chance; and im so, **so** grateful i did. I struggle with depression and borderline debilitating anxiety, and it was starting to make me doubt my writing. This felt like a warm hand pulling me up out of that pit, a reminder on why what i'm doing is important. Thank you for making this.

    This is a very relatable post. I’ve dealt with depression before and writing has helped make a sense of the way the world was and helped rake care of myself. Now I aim to show others how to use that tool as well

    I've just discovered your channel and your passion for writing is so infectious. I wanted to ask - as someone who writes by hand, how do you organize your writing? I often feel called to switch between writing by hand and through typing and find it difficult to keep track of everything to compile it into something coherent

      I keep tracking of everything by bunching all the papers together and writing their titles. If I didn't do that I'd lose track of so much ☺️

    do you think that if we are stuck in a negative mood that our writing sessions of hearing our thoughts can increase depression or do you think that even if it start this way the first minutes of writing that the writing itself if one accept to feel low mood will be released and changed if one stay with the emotions and keep writing and writing in flow sessions without stoping the thoughts one write down? that writing can really be therapeutic in this way? what is your experience of healing oneself this way, like reflective writing and observing ones emotions while writing?

      It's definitely therapeutic and in my opinion helps with channeling your thoughts. As you said you get to observe your own emotions on paper.
