    If you binge on a certain day do not worry, think of it as you tripping. You tripped but when you trip you obviously don’t just stay on the ground forever. You get back up and start walking again. Everyone trips at some point in their life, but no one ever stays on the ground forever, we all eventually pick ourselves up.     Hey, really great tips and inspiring transformation you did girl!! Proper diet and training can do miracles, if you do it the right way. It's not 70% diet, 30% training, it's 100% dedication to both. I train at home cause gyms are closed currently in my town. The workout plan I'm following is from Dietarize, and they provide you with meal plan also. I lost 7lbs in 3 weeks (mostly fat). If anyone knows some other app or site for diet, feel free to recommend so I can try when I'm done with this one. This one rocks but I like to experiment haha

      I wouldn't recommend Chloe for this, I think there are plenty other people on the internet who can show you way better workouts to lose weight. I'm saying this because I went through this myself!

    I am trying to lose a few pounds to feel more healthy and just better in general and even for my confidence. But after two weeks of such hard work, I didn’t see results and so I just felt like giving up today and I ate a shit ton of chocolate... and you inspired me to stay focused and not beat myself up over it. I’m gonna start again tomorrow and stay consistent with trying my best but for myself and not giving up on myself either.

      I hope you don’t mind me jumping in on your comment Sian. I was listening to a podcast earlier about perfectionism cos I always struggle with giving up on a weight loss journey after some bad days. But the podcast said that you’ve got to think of the 2 whole weeks you had of healthy eating, not the one or two bad days. We aren’t perfect and we make mistakes, so we need to accept that and not hate on ourselves. I hope you got back on track and doing well on your journey x

      Sian please don’t give up. Remember it’s a journey. You will have good and bad days. It’s ok to have chocolate or what ever your heart desire. Just try and eat in moderation. Keep up your exercise routing. Eventually you will see changes. 🙏🏾

    Very helpful! Just getting over that greed of wanting to eat everything.....and thinking, it will be there tomorrow. Also that all food is not bad. Anything is ok in moderation. I found that having the suggested serving size that is ok the label, is a great way to keep my portions under control! Always look forward to these videos! The more the marrier!

    I can attest to this. When I went on a trip to the Philippines, I ate whatever I wanted. But I lost so much weight while I was there. Their portion sizes were much smaller so I was taking in less calories. I just stopped eating when I felt like I was getting full. And I drank lots of water.

    I needed to hear this! I was so motivated to start. I had bought running shoes and a bunch of workout clothes. Then I got covid literally days into 2021. So I’ve been recovering and although it was hell for me the only good thing covid gave me was some weightlosd 😅 so now I’m just waiting to feel better and back to my normal self so I can start my journey!! Thank you so much tho, watching your videos are always so motivating. We got this ladies, 2021 is our year!!!

    i really love ur videos 💜 the way i see weight loss/dieting/health is that the best success comes from your own personal rhythm & what works best for you. personally, for me, if i like something i can eat it 4 to 5 times a week, maybe every day. that can work in my favor or against me. i really like junk food like pizza & sweets, i also love pasta. but i also love soups, salads & yogurt. i can crave either one! so i usually just “binge” on soup/salad/yogurt and it makes me feel better. not the best advice but it does help me a lot just maintaining my weight. im small but im not too short, im 5’4. lol i thought id share XD

    Just to add a thing it doesn’t matter what you as long as you go on a calorie deficit diet you’ll loose weight but about sugar it’s important tar you don’t eat much because of your insulin levels. If you want your body to burn fat you shouldn’t eat much sugar you keep ur insulin levels down. Also not too much salt cause it’ll make you bloated ❤️ love your video! You’re such an inspiration for me ! Muah

    I appreciate your honesty, this is far the best video! and how normal it is to go through periods of indulging in anything we want to eat, the diets are really a waste of time and will revert back to weight again. I remember I was so strict from avoiding foods and I became more depressed from feeding my mind to not eat the food I always loved eating. It was not a long term goal and then I lost myself. I would advise for anyone reading this to eat your carbs, healthy fats, protein and snacks even days where you eat something you always loved eating don’t restrict yourself from not eating it. There were times my weight drops even from eating more calories. Don’t be hard on yourself. Do daily walks and exercise! Do cardio and more hitt workouts. I do it now and I’m the happiest and I’m slowly losing weight. Just stay you, because everybody’s body is different. 🙏🏼💗

    this might sound funny, but what has helped me really to feel full and reduce eating bad foods is just these words :( go on eat it it is okay ) that is when u will feel you have the choice and you don't want to eat it

    Very good speach!!! I got of track during the christmas season and after i started gym in january and literally 4 days later we got lockdown again and no gym :( and my problem is im living with my bf in his parents house so i have to eat what they do which makes it hard for me to eat what is the best and healthies for me... because i personally love eating big salats and meals similar to what you do!!! living there limits me as well because i cant do home training... i want to live in an own place so hard...

    My problem is that I've lost 45 lbs but I have remaining 30 lbs away from my goal but its been hard to lose the remaining, I know your right on the being in a caloric deficit. Any other tips on getting out of a plateau pls lmk. Your an inspiration. I am 5'6 as well. I appreciate your content. Super helpful.

      Hey love I’ve lost 77 pounds since March and hit my plateau after 40ish pounds also. What helped me was taking a week out of the month to eat a little bit more (maybe 300/400 more calories) and also took a break from exercising during that week and after only 4 days I had dropped 3.5 pounds. I guess my body needed a break lol hope this helped!

      Hey I got stuck at 200 for about a month and I just had to keep pushing myself, staying consistent and also letting myself have a cheat day on the weekends. I dropped the weight after a month but I thought I was going to be stuck forever. I’m at 175 now

      I recently overcame a plateau. What I did was alternate day fasting for five days. So every other day I didn’t eat. On fasting days I would drink coffee with as much cream and milk I wanted, tea, and smoothies. The only thing about alternate day fasting is you have to make sure not to binge the next day.

      a great option for this is start to build muscle, becuase the more muscle the more your body will burn, thats why heaby weight training makes you burn more calories then cardio, because you will keep burning even after your training, so you should really try it, thaats what helped me a lot

      hi love thank you so much for watching ❤️ doing zig zag diets can be super helpful where you change the calorie intake throughout the week which can faster your metabolism and surpass the weight plateau. i heard that switching up your exercises can also be really good; changing workout routine throughout the week. and cardio can fasten the metabolism. btw for the zig zag diets layout you can find on caloriecalculator.net !

    My journey has been at a standstill since Christmas because of the holidays plus my birthday last month you know. I mean I haven’t gained anything but I haven’t lost anything so I’m just hoping that now that the holidays are over I can kick start this weight loss again.

    I loved this. Im currently about to start my weight loss journey. It’s hard shopping healthy at Walmart tho 🤣 we don’t have a Trader Joe’s where I live

      I lost 40lbs lost year and only shop at Walmart!! Every store has produce- fruits and veggies all the way. Some of my other faves/staples at Walmart are: mini Luna Cookie dough protein bars (100cal!), oikos zero Greek yogurt, nature valley has some protein bars, oatmeal, beans, rice! It’s definitely doable 🙌🏻 you got this!
