I actually say some of these things to my self when I'm depressed.
I'm not medically depressed or whatever it is.
I'm usually a very happy person.
But when one thing makes me sad, I'll sit there, and I'll cry. And then I'll cry for like an hour about EVERYTHING

Sadness and depression are very different things. Depression weighs down on you, it makes you feel helpless, worthless, unmotivated, and even worse things.
@@caitywho625 they didn't say they had depression... they stated that they didn't have medical depression however they feel depressed time to time. Depressed doesn't always relate to depression despite the name similarity. Depressed is a synonym to sad.

I remember the first time hearing this song, I was in the middle of getting a large tattoo that was suppose to take two sessions and it came on the radio, I completely got lost in the lyrics so much I no longer felt the pain I was in. I remember telling the artist to finish the piece. " the scars will remain, no longer the lost no longer the same" man those words stood out, in that moment I thought about all the heartache I've experienced in my life past and present . It felt as if I was releasing it all. This song will always be on my playlist👍
I remember the nights my mom and I would just sit up while my dad was out of town on business and just listen to songs and just talk. We never got along well because she had a few metal issues, but those were the nights when we actually seemed to have common ground. The night before she died, I was telling her a story, but I never finished it thinking that I could always finish telling her later. I miss you, mom. I'm sorry for all the things I said and what I didn't get to. Merry Christmas...
I havnt had anything seriously traumatic happen to me (thankfully) but I can still appreciate the thought and feelings that have been put into this song. Breaking Benjamin FTW.

because no matter who you are blind can still hear, deff can still see, and insain people need a sens of tranquility, and music dosnt care what you are it's here and it helps everyone sure not everyone likes the genre and thats their choice but music is an amazing source of therapy. this is out to you music lovers! never change and dont judge the greatest people are never pefect!

This song make me want to cry everytime I hear it (for personal reasons that I'm not going to share because it would take to long, and it's not like anyone would care anyways) , but I can't stop listening to it. It's so beautiful and full of feeling. If I tried avoiding this song, I would probably go through a withdraw like a person who's been smoking for most of their life does.
