I don't know if anyone else has already commented, but those vinyls are actually Chinese/Taiwanese imports. I speak/read Chinese fluently and I noticed the address on the back of the Joni Mitchell record was for a place in Taipei, Taiwan. Just an FYI! Super cool find.

These were produced for US soldiers stationed in Taiwan in the 1960s and 70s (by, e.g. the Liming record label), so it's possible that a member of the family served military duty there. They're not very rare, so they don't fetch a huge sum. Depends on which artist and LP, etc. You can always check on Discogs

In the 1960s we bought those contraband vinyls in Thailand, Taiwan and Japan and shared them around with all of our friends. Our family was stationed on the island of Guam.

I wish I could GET my hubby to go to garage sales with me. He has, finally, learned about vintage and/or antiques. He knows not to sit something on one of my antique sofa table, foyer entrance table, my grandmothers hutch that is decorated with primitive decor and is in our foyer. We have 3,000 sq ft plus a 2.5 car garage, 2 completely separate attics (strange) and a large yard. Our foyer is as large as most peoples bedrooms for their children and used to be 2 kids per room. This foyer has 2 full size closets on either side of the main front door as you walk into the house!
The actual primitive items I’ve purchased he knows not to misuse or even move them from the place I’ve set it. He has an entire, massive bedroom to keep his guitars, amps, microphones, etc, he also has a designated room downstairs for his office, yet he chooses to use the end table next to our brand new Lazy Boy recliners we waited 4 months to arrive. He stacks up papers and drives me 🦇 💩 insane! I eventually come through and sigh or growl lowly and he knows clear the area or I’m tossing it out.

Alex, have you considered using the store front as an upscale flea market? That way could have one attendant and have a booth for your better finds. The upside is the person rents the booth, prices the products, and all the attendant does is ring up the sales. I live in a small city of 50-60K people and at last count we had 3 upscale markets and 3 or 4 lesser markets. It would also allow you to pick whenever you want and have scheduled days to "meet and greet" your fans.

I spent many hours at the “pool hall”playing Space Invaders, in the early 80’s . What a cool hall of vintage toys and games!

It's like you walk up to someone's house and they just start throwing money at you. How can people not know the value of what they have, at least the Barbies.🤣

Giving that big Tote of Lego to the kids may not be a good idea.
I anticipate the start of a Great Lego War ensuing. If you are missing
a part for your project just submit the proper form for " Midnight Requisition ".
