Update: replaced rebel with dragonlord maybe should have replaced another cookie not rebel and I beat it. But still after I kill adds and until I reach boss the debuff just almost killed my cookies

Use peach blossom it reduces apathy damage by 80% so you will survive or just be lucky and have mystic flour cleanse it before she can't use skill.
