There are at least 3 MCC games that were changed because Techno found unintended strategies for them. Also I think they made the item disappear when you met a challenge. Hole in the Wall: Techno could neo around the walls in the first game. They made the walls a block wider to compensate. Build Mart: Techno recorded all of the blocks needed for all of the builds from previous MCCs and made shopping lists for his team. That way they could get everything and make all the builds without leaving for materials afterwards. The next year, they changed the game so it would randomize the specific types of blocks used in the builds so his strategy wouldn't work.
