Thank you . Beautiful. Do you have a gym routine you do or are your muscles from just doing Pole?
Im going to gym almost a decade now.:)

I wish I could see a complete list of all your exercises because you have have a sick body! I have a lot of exercise machines and weights but I don't think I know how to use them all properly or do the right exercises in order to achieve the look that you have.
I train in the gym almost 10 years, pole 7 years, I run, I dance, I have been working as a coach for so many years, I barely have rest days. This look is not the goal, the goal is to be able to train as much as you want and still recover, to be able to do difficult new stuff without injuring yourself. Longevity should be the goal.
Ok when i saw teddy i just 💀💀💀💀😶🌫️
Beginner??? 😳
Yes they are safe to try for a beginner level who has been training 3 + months. They can be done on a static pole, no inverts needed to execute them. As I say in the end, 1-6 is beginner friendly, 6,7,8,9,10 is closer to intermediate level.
