    (My personal Khatrah method)
After adjusting the grasping technique for reaching the maximum possible leverage effect (see the pictures at the end of the video), the quality of shooting (in matters of power and accuracy as well), depends entirely on the bow hand.
If the "forward punch" is fast and precise, so will be the arrow at release.
Performing khatrah after holding at maximum draw for a few moments, isn't particularly effective (unless we have the Bruce Lee's skills).
Being possible to do just a "one inch punch" in this case, there is not enough space to increase the speed of the bow hand at release in an efficient way.
Most of times the arrow is already flying out of string before performing the actual khatrah.
Is possible to get a lot better results by using one continuous drawing-release motion from a slightly side position, completing the operation with a lightning fast "whipping fist".
    Whips are fascinating speed accelerators.
A hand moving at a few meters per second can cause the tip of even a short whip to break the sound barrier.
When the wielder cracks the whip, they begin by moving the handle and then stopping it.
This movement travels as a wave down the entire length of the whip. As the wave gets closer and closer to the tip, the mass becomes smaller and smaller. Physics tells us momentum must be conserved. To conserve momentum, the velocity becomes faster and faster.
In our case the body is the handle, and the bow hand, the tip of the whip.
My khatrah technique, can be analysed in three steps (which in reality are performed with one continuous motion):
    1. At drawing, I move forward my bow hand based on a short rotation clockwise of the upper body, supported from the hips.
Because of the chest rotation and expansion, the left shoulder come in front, helping the stretching of the left arm as well.
The created momentum in a lot of mass, is transmitted through the left arm as it would be the elastic part of a whip, (with the bow hand being the tip of the whip).
The goal is to move as much of this momentum into the "forward punch" (and hence the arrow) as possible.
If the upper body keep moving, then a portion of that momentum stays in the body.
    2. So, as handling an whip, I consciously halt the body motion, (on which was based the first part of the drawing), before the bow arm reaching the full straight-stretched position.
The action is based on a powerful contraction of the abdominal wall, which stabilise suddenly (and even pull back slightly) the hips.
Halting the movement of the body doesn't stop immediately the left collar bone and the shoulder.
They are supporting still the motion forward of the arm, till reaching the complete stretching of the arm.
The "whip cracking" happens with a characteristic snap of the upper wrist, and the release is timed with this moment.
    3. In the third phase the shoulder and the arm also stop, but the hand keeps moving pushing the bow forward with maximum possible speed (for 30-50 microseconds, while the arrow is still on the string).
With each step of the way, greater and greater momentum is building in the arm and the hand with the bow.
(The physics becomes very complex, but suffice to say not all of the body momentum is going to end up at contact. Some will inevitably be lost along the way, but a large amount of momentum can be channeled into the shot.)
    CONCLUSION:
The desired effect is to increase the arrow velocity by accelerating the bow hand at release, (with a snap of the upper wrist as cracking a whip).
In reality, the acton of the bow hand at release (khatrah), can't be separated by the snatched release (named "mukhtalas" in the Middle East medieval archery manuals).
These two are close connected, according with the basic law of the action and the reaction.
The real khatrah isn't possible without a proper snatched release, and vice versa...
The specific actions of the hands are based on the same moment of the body and the whole operation is completed with a "double release".
This should be viewed in reality as the motion of a double whip cracked in the same time in opposite directions from the same handle.
The accuracy of a whip depends entirely by the way of moving its handle.
You can control the tip of the whip JUST by controlling the handle of it.
After finding the proper grasping technique (and a decent consistency of the technical form), all the adjustments are made from the core.
Studying the motion of the handle of the "double whip" means to study the dynamic stance of the body, which is quite complex: breathing, stretching, chest expansion, abdominal contraction, hips rotation, etc...
For performing successfully this technique, the timing is of the maximum importance.
This can be attained by developing the inner feeling, which is based on self control and self knowledge.
The last one is based on diligent practice.

Probably the most complex method of shooting a bow. Very awesome!

Thanks to your method mr.cozmei, your khatra way we Malaysian archer di experiment on it using FPS calculator idk what is the name but it turns out that whip khatra can provide more speed to arrow when release..compare to Asiatic khatra which then turn their now to side

Please show style while mounted. How does it work with the movement of the horse? Thank you for the time you put into these videos. Oh, I have your previous back quiver. Can it be modified to your more recent style?

This style is visible in all the videos of Mihai shooting - check them out here 💪🏼
The previous style back quiver cannot be modified to flying quiver, it’s construction is so much different. But this works well with that quiver too! -Katariina

What are the benefits of using this technique? Doesn't it affect the accuracy?

There are multiple benefits. The arrow spine doesn't matter as much (above a minimum spine), the arrow flies with less wobbling in the air (thus penetrates more), and the release while accelerating the draw gives extra speed and energy to the arrow. Accuracy is freakin' hard to achieve, but can be reached with a lot of practice.

The only drawback is less accuracy, but you can offset that with more trainings
