When figuring our your macros, do you go by your current weight or goal weight?
You might want to edit your thumb nail… you have written calories instead of fats

This is helpful. I have been getting a lot of ab cramps simply when I cough or sneeze and in my quads when I ran in a competition. Would love to hear if youbhave any suggestions to help with this

Question: when you and Pat plan your meals, are both of your macro splits similar enough that you can prepare the same meals and adjust portions accordingly?

You nailed it, our splits are similar enough but he just needsMORE of everything than I do. Our meals are always very very similar just portions look diff! This also helps us keep each other accountable!! We love it!

I’ve been tracking macros for almost three years and find it to be little to no problem to track on a daily basis after the first month adjustment. I thought about protein thresholds as well as protein activation and which meal(s) have proven to be most effective in gaining muscle and losing fat while listening. Maybe a more in depth video? 😊
