You are correct the NoSaggs is designed to be worn where you normally wear a belt but under the pants. Your outer belt rides on top of the NoSaggs hidden protruding ridge thus holding your pants up.

Like the idea, but I don't see how this will keep the front from slipping down over a large belly. Seems like it is meant to be used when the belt is tightened under the belly. I use suspenders to avoid under-belly buckling.

LOL! no extension cord required, just put it one over your shirt tail at the level where you normally wear a belt, pull your pants up over it, snug up your outer belt and enjoy a day of not having to hike your pants up all the time.

If the beltless slacks have good strong elastic or a tie string it will work. A outer belt, elastic or tie string will need to ride up above the NoSaggs Hidden Belt Pant suspender so the backside ridge of the NoSaggs belt can hold the pants up. For the NoSaggs to work well the wearer needs to have what I call a hipbone shelf. Without the hipbone shelf (straight down hips or funnel hips it will not work).

If the beltless slacks have good strong elastic or a tie string it will work.
