  • 2019-2020 Švėkšna Exposition of Silute Museum implemented the project "Commemoration of Švėkšna Jewish Community". The project produced a short film "Jewish Community of Sveksna: History and Heritage" (directed by Nerijus Brokas, 2020), presenting the Sveksna Jewish community and heritage.
    The film, which is created in Lithuanian and translated into English, tells the story of Sveksna, a city with a large Jewish community in 17-20 century and showing the heritage that remains on the town to this day. The main narrators of the film are the Holocaust survivor, Naftal Ziv (b. 1924), who lives in Australia, and Benhard Calzon, (b. 1948).

    The film was partly funded by the Good Will Foundation and Silute District municipality.
