No, I don't. I hate calling customer service, especially when I'm trying to find a solution to a problem with a company that instead of having a human being talking to me, just puts up a robot saying, "If your problem is "..... . type 1...2...3...", and sometimes I have to call several times to speak to a real person to help me solve my problem. Thank you Vanessa, nice to meet you here and for teach us English for free! God bless you! Greetings from Brazil. 🇧🇷

The support service is good, but it's better to figure it out yourself. Yesterday my Epson printer stopped printing, two red indicators flashed at once. It was necessary to reset the waste counter, for this purpose to address to the service center. This made me very sad and frustrated, because I did not have time. The program that resets the counter required to buy a code. But I was not sure that the code is correct and will work, so I continued to search on the Internet. And I found a completely free program that required only a password. The password turned out to be "thanks"!!!
And I say thank you for the lesson, dear Vanessa!
