Definitely American English. England is a tiny island nation with only 70 million inhabitants. English would be a minor language had it not been for the last century and a half of American dominance in business, military and industrial might. The world would have long absorbed little England had it not been for it's relationship with America.
I have been immensely benefited by listening to your video on idioms. I am sure usage of these idioms in our day to day conversations in a variety of situations would improve our command over the English language.

( There are many Phrasal verbs and expressions that we do not learn in many english course. Words that are being used among natives from U.S.A and others countries of english language. Eu gostei muito e vou indicar esse canal para mais pessoas que querem aprender mais palavras e expressões em oinglês. ( Ive liked so much and I am going to indicate it to my friends and more people who want to learn more words and expressions in english.
