English speaking always have to practicle. Talk with kids friend, people.but native English speaking people don't make funny when someone speaks properly. They can understand when herd few words. That's the great good habits. Then we don't sham to talk. I was 20 years worked with foreign people. Nobody any problems with my English. But better learn fluent speaking. I love to come to USA. With children learn sooner than studying.

Thanks a whole lot from Russian ESL students!
    Keep up the awesome work!
We'd really appreciate it if you could you upload more videos presenting US idioms and slang expressions so that we could start communicating with native American speakers on an entirely different level.
Also we'd like to see videos on your great channel featuring samples of job interviews, which is extremely critical for newly arrived immigrants as well as people coming to the US to work for a period of time stipulated in the contract.
We are especially interested in customs and traditions a typical American citizen is trying to follow.
Those of us who are planning to get into a romantic relationship with Americans would like to get a better idea about personality traits of an average man or woman born and raised in the US.
    You're the best!
    We love you!

Sometimes I feel little bit difficulty but at that I back the video and listen again. You are really a great teacher I love such teachers. Stay safe and be friendly!!! M Iqbal Zaman , from Pakistan.

Dear teacher, in the verb phrase "had better do something" the word "had" should be used, because the Concise Oxford Dictionary says the "had" may be contracted to 'd but it should not be dropped altogether, so why did you not use it in your sentence?

Hi Vanessa ! It's not the first time I follow you, but as far as I know, I never spent so much time on one of your lessons. There's something about this one taking time to write down each collocation on my copybook. The fact is that we are spoiled to have such a great teacher like you Vanessa ! To be honest, as it turns out it was too long to write them the same day. I sometimes needed to get some fresh air, have a coffee or tea, some days I had to run some errands, to whip up something to eat...Come to think of it, I'd rather pack my lunch right now if I don't wanna be late for my riding this afternoon. I worked on my English this morning, and we're on Sunday, as a result, I can go with the flow until I'm winding down this evening 😀 Thanks to you Vanessa, I'm pushing up my level in English !
