I made this the other day and it was absolutely positively amazing. The only thing I did different was added crush red peppers. It was so good everybody in the house loved it. I highly recommend fresh tomatoes. That’s what I used.
This is one of the best Shrimp Creole recipes I've seen. The spices are straight forward, trinity and garlic are fresh. Thank you for such an honest dish. I will make it, shrimp is thawing out!
