Thanks for this video. I have a question. The manual says to remove "shower disc" and clean before pouring descale solution into the water tank. Do you know what "shower disc" means?

Look up under where the portafilter attaches and you'll see a disc with a single screw holding it. Remove the screw and disc/screen, clean and reattach.

When the descale alarm LED is lit up, that’s the time to perform descaling

I did the whole process then clicked both buttons for 3 seconds and the orange light is still on

Hello, have you ever tried flushing it? The manual says cleaning AN EASY PROCEDURE? I put in fluid then followed as instructed. The red light remained on. I went thru' the procedure for a 2nd time. this time half way thru' the red light went out and the white light flashed on/off about halfway thru the procedure. However as I continued it went out and the red light came on again. After procedure completed the 2nd time red light is on all the time as when I started.
It is far too complicated for words. I will never buy a Gaggia again.
