Hello, have you ever tried flushing it? The manual says cleaning AN EASY PROCEDURE? I put in fluid then followed as instructed. The red light remained on. I went thru' the procedure for a 2nd time. this time half way thru' the red light went out and the white light flashed on/off about halfway thru the procedure. However as I continued it went out and the red light came on again. After procedure completed the 2nd time red light is on all the time as when I started.
It is far too complicated for words. I will never buy a Gaggia again.

It is normal for first turn on as the machine is priming the circuit. It is written in the operation manual too

please show how to make a single shot espresso, do you put the same amount of coffee? Thanks

For single shot espresso, I put less amount at about 10g. If you are using the pod, remember to use the adapter
