That IS fast & easy! I'm planning to do one like that with a fruit spread inside and icing drizzle on top soon. Maybe I'll do a chocolate version the same day and see how we like it. Yummy!

I used to buy these and the cream cheese Baguettes in Calgary at lunch all the time. They go great with coffee.
