Kevin McCarthy Comes Out With Harshest Attack Ever Against Matt Gaetz

- In an interview with Politico that was published this past week, former House Speaker Kevin McCarthy came out with his harshest criticism and most direct accusations to date against Matt Gaetz. McCarthy specifically said that Gaetz is the "Hunter Biden" of the GOP, and that he paid minors to have sex with him. Those are serious allegations that could get McCarthy sued for defamation...if they are false. But no lawsuit has even been threatened at this point, and that may tell us something. Farron Cousins explains what happened.

Justice delayed is justice denied. Why does it take YEARS to charge politicians with what would take days to charge for ordinary citizens? I'm so sick of politicians getting a pass.

Politicians have access to attorneys skilled at delaying and filing for variances, stays and other legal entanglements to prevent swift action. For example, Donald Trump, as a businessman, has been involved in over 4000 lawsuits. Think about that...that calculates to one lawsuit every day...24/7/365...for 11 years. One learns a few tricks when your primary business is manipulating the legal system.
The DOJ should have prosecuted Gaetz. There is no excuse for them not doing so.
McCarthy gave the MAGA crazies the power to easily remove him so he needs to be mad at himself as well. If McCarthy was still speaker, he would be buddy buddy with Gaetz, Greene and company.

This is one part of government that I despise. Many, many legislators because of their power in politics can avoid criminal prosecution just by making a damn phone call, and delay criminal activity for years. If the DOJ/Congressional House committee has evidence against any legislator they need to act immediately for the sake of the country, but often this does not take place, why not? What makes a person who has power more important than a local citizen. Does America really have a two tier justice system? Look at LOSER Trump he's making a mockery of our justice system. If I (average man) pulled the crap Trump is pulling right now, I'd be in jail.

Kicked out of high school? Perhaps not expelled outright; but maybe suspended? That could count as "kicked out" albeit temporarily rather than permanently.
Re: defamation, Gaetz might feel that he could win the case, but that the publicity surrounding such a lawsuit would be more damaging in the long run.
