Great Video: Question, How Do I Get The Screen "Starting Soon" Start? I'm using Twitch on My Phone and When I go live, Scenes is there and Source is there but is their a lag? Also do I have to keep OBS open during my live? Thanks

No, the overlays are not editable.

You must not want do actually it. I would recommend doing something else that you don’t mind the requirements for. Nothing worth while is easy.
