When I'm sitting quietly at home, or during sleep, I get uncomfortably hot and sweaty. I've taken my temperature and it is 1-2 degrees higher!
Another thought, if my blood is lacking carbon dioxide, would breathing into a bag ( usually about 30 breaths) help? (Like when youre hyperventilating). Thanks for your sharing research.

That could possibly be an issue with your ANS regulating the activity of your hypothalamus, which in turn is controlling your internal body temperature Kate - if you have excess sweating then that might suggest you actually have higher levels of carbon dioxide, which is triggering excessive vasodilation/opening up of your blood vessels - which is opposite to the phenomenon that I experienced.
