hi! i asked around and talked to people who already lived there and got different recommendations. for first years it's common to stay in student housing, which is what i did, and there's many different ones (ssh, blockhouse, xior, sugar homes, and more). at this point they're probably all sold out tho :/ you can also look on different rental sites like kamernet, rentola, pararius, huurportal, etc. hope this helps!
