Yes where are the new features (when ) ? Please add for both SEM's to be able to be set to it's own midi channel for external sequencing of TWO Voices by midi . And please update you web page .
Some of the functions, like keyboard input to the sequencer, are NOT there. They are part of the firmware update that has still to materialise. Feeling kinda stupid as a TVP owner. Now they advertise features that are not available to us.
spurv I was told about a beta version of the new operating system in June, then ignored until October. then was told it would be available a month ago. I guess it must be on the new units. I guess I should buy a new one, put the old one in the box and return it. To get the new features.
It's getting ridiculous. I've been asking about this update since spring, and now I'm told to be patient. Seems it wont happen until next year (if at all).
Love it and I thinking about adding it to my studio. May I get your opinion on the build quality? I know it's metal and wood with a fatar keybed, but do the pots feel Mil-spec like the moog products? Is there slop in and of the toggles or buttons, specifically the fine tuning knobs? Thank you. GREAT video.
Thanks for the informative video, it helped me decide on making my purchase of the TVS Pro. I’ve had one issue with mine though and I was wondering if you could help me. I programmed SEM-A to play a sequence (SEQA) while SEM-B is set to KEYB mode so I can solo on top of the sequence with the keyboard. My problem is when I program the saved sequence to play in a song that repeats. Every time the sequence loops it triggers a hanging note on SEMB even though it was saved in keyboard mode. The sequencer shouldn’t be playing anything on SEM-B. It ruins my idea of soloing on top of a song of sequences.

Tom Oberheim has golden ears. His synths sound the best to my ears. Problem was getting someone to sell one by the time I found out about him.
