This reminds me of bone marrow breathing, Nei Gong. It is the "Yi -mind" that moves the "chi", but also the breath. Lovely, practice. Thank you.
Almost like the detailed way I teach folks to loosen and open the joints for taijiquan on a higher level. xie xie
