I've never known the miku pedal to sound like an actual vocal track. I guess it's cos they know how the language flows. We try and force it into English speaking rhythms and it sounds like a garbled mess.
They are not using the miku pedal. They are using miku's voice synthesizer software.
The Miku pedal is based on Hatsune Miku from the Vocaloid voice synthesizing software. That song's vocals were made with that software. The pedal is a novelty based on the success of the software and the characters.

its not terrible just, really not my thing, I dont think i can finish i mean out of respect for the other songs I'll listen to the end but probably never again, but man the rest of the album is amazing
the song structure and stuff is really cool, just, regular real vocals would've been so much cooler in my opinion

4 years later, man. I think you should give it another listen. Vocaloid allows for people to can't sing to otherwise open Pandora's box in terms of music. Get out of the self-imposed comfort zone and spread your wings. There's music out there you'd never dream of once you do.
@@Lunarrbaseyoure so right lol sometime last year I think vocaloid started growing on me and I really dig it. So I'm here trying this again. Unfortunately it seems like my taste has changed in regards to the production. like i think the guitar tone and the piano don't mesh as well as they could. the actual melody is good still though. I think its also the mix, the piano could be blended in better like, i think its a little too loud in comparison. hm is late for me so I'll listen to the rest tomorrow 🎉🎉
