Well done! I have this guitar and it lives up to dream guitar status (and I’ve had it for about 1 1/2 years).
Purchased it from Elderly Instruments in Lansing Michigan which has a room full of world-class guitars, and this is easily stood out among them!!

      Thank you!
It has the most beautiful mellow, somber texture. I played another one yesterday and it’s so soothing.

Thanks! You’re the best. I did a more proper mix on this one and doubled/offset the mic’d signal, it sounds all nice and chorus-y

I should specify, an additional mix, not the one on this video. This one is just the mix and Direct blended.

Hello how do you record using a mic while using the pick up at the same time? How does that work? Sorry I'm still learning with this kind of things. Also I just had my Furch Yellow and I really wanted to bring out the best sound out of it.

Hey! No worries. My recording interface has two inputs, so one is the cable coming from the mic, the other is the cable directly from the guitar. Each input goes to a different track in my recording software (I use Logic Pro X cause I got it for free years ago) and you’re hearing both of those tracks at the same time.
I don’t remember how I mixed the two tracks on this recording, but often when using a mic and a pickup simultaneously, the microphone sound will be my main signal (higher volume) and I’ll bring the pickup track ALL THE WAY down to zero, and slowly move that volume slider up until I just barely hear it adding to the low end roundness of the overall recording. You’ll have to play with it to see how much of each signal your ear likes, but that’s usually my starting point.
