Sir when did previous wage settlement happen? When fhe next wage revision will take place? How the wage revision is determined, is it based on profit and performance of employees? Target will be there like banks? I work in bank and have targets, lot of workload..
Depot work is not good for girls bcz u have to deal with Truck drivers and Labourers!!! Some times u have to stay alone or with very few people in godowns and suddenly Monkeys , Dogs come and start irritating or teasing you 😂 !! AG General is best for girls as well as boys !! Mostly AG general offices have Air conditioning but in depot even some godowns dont have toilets 😢😢

General me mainly office me rahna hota hai aur depot me field ka work h mainly Punjab haryana me loading aur procurement ka kaam hota hai depot walo ka. General walo ka working hour fix hote h jabki depot walo ke fix nhi hote. time depend karta ha kam kya h loading me 9 ya 11 gante ka hota h
Depot mat join karna bhai.. Ladkiyo k liye fci mein koi bhi cadre chlega lekin ladko k liye depot is hell.. Losses manage nhi honge fir recovery ayegi..
